The Shilla Hotel has a special unit called ‘G.A.O.’ This stands for "Guest Activity Organizer" and they are the experts who plan the leisure and programs for the hotel’s guests. There are several programs for guests such as trekking up Hallasan Mountain, walking the Olle trails, and heading into the forest or ocean as well. The newest G.A.O. program offers floating yoga and sunset yoga. Floating yoga is doing yoga while floating on the water, listening to the sound of the morning birds and the calming ocean waves. Sunset yoga has a view of the ocean and the sunset as seen from the top of the hotel's observatory. Also you can take unique and memorable photos doing these special yoga classes.
