Disabled people (level 1 or 2) who have difficulty using public transportation 2. Elderly people 65 years or older who use wheelchairs due to walking disorders 3. Pregnant women who have difficulty using public transportation 4. Persons who are temporarily in wheelchairs and are unable to use public transportation 5. Family members and/or guardians accompanying persons subject to conditions in lines 1 to 4 who need to use public transportation ※ Persons who are intellectually disabled (level 1 or 2) or autistic and who need help must be accompanied by a guardian.
